Matthews Specialty Vehicles delivered a new Series 4000 Bookmobile to the Windsor Severance Public Library, located north of Denver, Colorado. The Windsor-Severance Library serves a growing community of more than eighteen thousand residents, located on the beautiful, northern Colorado Front Range within 10 miles of Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland.
