Matthews Specialty Vehicles, Inc. has been the nation's premiere specialty vehicle manufacturer since 1992. MSV custom builds vehicles for Medical/Dental, Law Enforcement/Homeland Security, Education, Blood Donation, Library and Animal/Pet Care industries. We offer trailers available in lengths up to 60 feet. All of our vehicles are customized to your specifications. We work together with you to design the right model that meets your unique requirements. Our specialty vehicles are built from the chassis up and the MSV 102 inch wide bodies are heavy-duty, all aluminum bodies only available on Matthews units; slide-outs are available on our 102 inch wide units.
Our retrofit and refurbishing program gives our customers even more options. We can refurbish an older vehicle and restore it to like-new or we can take a vehicle that was used for one purpose and retrofit it to meet your program’s needs. Significant discounts are offered on our GSA Contract to help you chose a vehicle that meets your needs AND your budget! We have several different public safety vehicles, medical/dental units and bloodmobiles on our GSA schedule contract #GS-30F-0026U. With the available options on the schedule, you can completely customize a unit to fit your needs.
Matthews has the largest selection of platforms to choose from. Our coach style vehicles are nationally recognized and offer countless possibilities to accommodate almost any need. With lengths from 27 to 45 feet and widths of 96 or 102 inches this style unit can function as a mobile medical clinic, a bloodmobile with up to six beds and three history rooms, an executive luxury coach and much more. Our Step-Vans, which are 96 inches wide, offer up to 36 feet of load space and can serve as BAT (blood/alcohol testing) Mobiles, mobile crime labs, and bookmobiles that can hold up to 3,500 volumes. We also offer cut-away style options, which have 12 to 40 feet of load space and come in widths of 96 or 102 inches. These units can operate as mobile command centers, mobile display vehicles, mobile pet adoption centers, and more. Another option is a Sprinter Van ranging from 16 to 21 feet of load space that can function as a book hauler, mobile office, or even a mobile computer lab. Many of our mobile units have dual purposes, such as a bookmobile/mobile computer lab or a mobile medical/dental clinic.
