8. Prompt Payment Terms: Net 30 Days. In accordance with the “Prompt Payment Act” (Final Rule 5 CFR 1315: Prompt Payment), Payment Terms are Prompt Payment Terms of Net 30 Days will take effect when the Government is in receipt of a valid invoice, accompanied by a receiving document that acknowledges that the product has been received and accepted.

11a. Time of Delivery: 180 Days ARO. Delivery for all orders is 180 Days ARO minimum for all models. If multiple units are ordered, first unit delivery is 180 Days ARO. Additional units will be delivered within 30 Days of first unit, or at customer requested time, whichever is later. Note: Nonstandard chassis, cab chassis, body configurations (including truck bodies and trailers) may extend beyond the standard 180 Days ARO minimum. Certain special order components, such as specialized radios, audio/video equipment may also affect the delivery date. The delivery schedule of these vehicles will be negotiated with the ordering activity on an individual basis at the task order level.

11b. Expedited Delivery: Vehicles under this contract are not normally available for expedited delivery. Exceptions may be made for on-ground chassis/bodies, or on demonstrator or prototype vehicles. Please contact Matthews Specialty Vehicles, Inc. for additional information.

11c.Overnight and 2-day delivery: Not available.

11d.Urgent Requirements: Agencies are encouraged to contact Matthews Specialty Vehicles, Inc. at (336) 365-0663 or (877) 905-4678 to make arrangements for faster delivery of urgent requirements. Contract clause IFSS140B, Urgent Requirements, applies to this contract.

12. FOB Point(s): FOB Origin. Matthews Specialty Vehicles, Inc. will deliver worldwide to international and domestic locations. Domestic delivery includes the 48 Contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territories, and a port of embarkation or consolidation point within the aforementioned areas for task orders received from overseas ordering activities. Delivery charges are not included with the purchase price.

15. Warranty Provision: Matthews Specialty Vehicles, Inc.’s Limited Conversion Warranty of One (1) Year applies to each unit. Warranty is in effect upon acceptance of the vehicle. Additional warranties are available dependent upon product and/or option.

16.Export Packing Charges: Export packing charges are beyond the scope of this immediate contract and must be determined on a case-by-case basis with GSA’s approval at the time of placing a task order.
